Table Bookings
- To amend your booking, please refer to your booking email and click 'booking details'. You'll then be taken to a portal where you can manage your booking.

- While you are more than welcome to visit us without a booking, we cannot guarantee availability during high volume periods. If you'd like to book a table, you can do so here.

- No, we don’t serve alcohol-free (0%) versions of alcoholic drinks to anyone under 18. While these drinks contain no alcohol, they’re designed to look and feel like alcoholic beverages. To stay compliant with licensing laws and uphold our commitment to creating safe, family-friendly spaces, we’ve chosen to apply the same age restrictions. It’s about consistency, clarity, and making sure our teams and customers know we take responsible service seriously.
- No, we don’t serve alcoholic drinks to anyone under 18, even when ordered with food. While the law allows some exceptions, we’ve chosen a stricter approach to avoid confusion and ensure our teams can apply the same rule across all venues. This helps us protect our licence, maintain trust, and reinforce our commitment to safe, inclusive environments.

- No, we recommend that you place an order at the bar to ensure that your discount is applied.
- Hooking detection was added for Android following a review of recent penetration test results. It will cause the app to fail to open or operate correctly for a compromised/jailbroken Android phone, and flag the hooking protection controls by design as a safety precaution to prevent the potential leveraging of sensitive content (Banking apps use similar controls).

- Head over to the main entrance where the host will manage your visit. If you have a booking you will be seated at your table, if you do not have a booking then you may be required to queue until a table becomes available so booking is advised.
- When making an online booking, you will be given the choice between Dining and drinks or Family area (near to the play area). If booking by phone then please let the restaurant know your preferences

- We want you to enjoy your time with us. If you have any specific needs, including those for customers with a disability, please do call us ahead of visiting or include any additional needs in the special requests section of online bookings so we can do our best to accommodate any adjustments you require.
- Yes, we do! Please be aware during busy times our car park may be full and you may have to seek other parking options.

- Yes, we do! However, these are subject to a first come, first serve basis and we cannot guarantee a space in our electric vehicle bays will be available.

- We ask all customers to vape in designated outdoor areas. This helps us maintain a comfortable atmosphere for everyone inside, especially families and non-vapers, while still offering a respectful space for those who do vape.
- No, we don’t allow medicinal cannabis in or around our venues. As cannabis remains a Class B controlled drug, its use raises legal and safety concerns. We take a cautious approach to protect all our customers and team members, and to ensure our venues remain safe and welcoming for everyone.
- Unfortunately, no. Privately owned electric scooters are currently banned from public roads, pavements, and cycle paths under UK law. To stay aligned with these regulations and ensure safety on our sites, we don’t allow them inside our venues.
- We’re unable to offer e-bike charging at this time. Due to historic fire risks associated with battery charging, we can’t guarantee it can be done safely on site. We know this may be inconvenient, but safety must come first for our customers, teams, and venues.
- We ask customers not to bring items associated with political protests into our venues. Our pubs are places for people to relax, connect, and enjoy time together, and we want to make sure everyone feels comfortable doing so. To avoid disruption or discomfort, we kindly ask that such items are removed or put away before entering.

Vouchers & Gift Cards
Please present your QR code when placing your order at the till, which entitles the bearer to 15% off Food at a participating pub. The offer can be redeemed Monday to Saturday during food service hours.
The 15% off food offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, menu promotion or on Bank Holidays, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year's Day. Offer valid for bills up to £200, max discount £30. Cannot be used in conjunction with Tesco vouchers or Greene King employee vouchers, including friend & family vouchers. Only one redemption per person, per transaction, for a maximum of 10 guests including you.
Invalid memberships will not be accepted. The offer is not transferable. We reserve the right to amend, cancel or withdraw this offer at any time.
Please note other Greene King Blue Light Card offers are not valid within Farmhouse Inns. Blue Light Card discount voucher can't be used in tenanted and leased pubs in our Pub Partners estate. - Yes, you will need to pay a deposit for any of our festive events including; Christmas Day, Breakfast with Santa, Festive Menu.
- This will depend on the pub you have booked with, please check the terms and conditions in your booking confirmation.
- Guests that qualify for the £10 voucher should expect receive this after January 6th 2026.
