  TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY NOTICE

  1. Acceptance. By entering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.
  
  2. Eligibility. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only. Employees of Greene King, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
  
  3. Promotional Period. This promotion opens at 00:01 on 12/08/2025 and closes at 00:00 on 31/12/2026.
  
  4. Entry requirements. To enter through the Greene King Mobile App, you must 1. Be a newly registered Greene King Mobile App user; 2. Activate your Rewards program; 3. Play the Spin to Win game to win a free prize. Deleting your account and re-registering will be considered a breach of these T&Cs, could result in rewards being revoked and could mean your reward account is suspended. (excludes Crafted, Metro, Hive, Nest and Everly)
  
  5. Game expiry. You will have 30 days from the date you receive your Spin to Win game to play and win a prize. Otherwise, you will lose your reward.
  
  6. Prize selection. One (1) prize of either a free drink, dessert or main meal will be awarded upon completing the Spin to Win game.
  
  7. Prize. The prize will be one of the following: 1) A free drink. Customers can choose one of the following drinks dependent on selection available in participating venue where redeemed: Peroni Nastro Azzuro – draught pint; Peroni Natro Azzuro 0% bottle; Birra Moretti – draught pint; Coke Zero, Original Taste, Diet Coke, Schweppes Lemonade – draught large glass; Madri – draught pint; Cruz Campo – draught pint Rekorderlig – any variant bottle; Aspall – any variant draught pint; GK IPA, Abbot Ale, Old Speckled Hen, Hazy Day, Level Head – draught pint. Only Soft Drinks and Peroni Nastro Azzuro 0% bottle will be available in Scotland). 2) A free dessert (up to the value of £7.99) or 3) A main meal (up to the value of £18.99, excludes sharers or any meal priced higher than £18.99, only selected from the main menu, does not include any breakfast, brunch, lunch, seniors, specials, children’s menus or timed menus).

  8. The terms and conditions of any third-party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third-party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.
  
  9. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to the prize will be offered unless in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.
  
  10. Notification. You will be notified in the Greene King Mobile App of your prize upon completing the Spin to Win game, unless otherwise specified. Each member is only eligible for a single prize to redeem. Deleting your account and re-registering will be considered a breach of these T&Cs and any prizes awarded in these circumstances will be removed. 
  
  11. If the prize winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, we reserve the right to remove the prize from your Rewards wallet.
  
  12. We accept no responsibility for the failure to use your free prize voucher before it is expired due to your inactivity in the Greene King Mobile App.
  
  13. Delivery. Your prize will be available in your Rewards wallet in the Greene King Mobile App shortly after you complete the Spin to Win game. In any event the prize must be claimed and taken within 30 days from the date you receive it.
  
  14. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize. We are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

  15. Intellectual property. You will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material that you submit as part of this promotion. However, you grant us (and our agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this promotion.
  
  16. General terms. No bulk, machine-generated consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries are restricted to one entry per person. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same person or account, including where an account has been deleted and re-registered in order to obtain an additional game play, only the first entry will be accepted.
  
  17. We reserve the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, technical or telecommunications faults. Proof of submitting is not proof of receipt.

We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to verify the prize winner, including, but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required, and to withdraw a prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, including where an account has been deleted and re-registered in order to obtain an additional game play, or otherwise where an entrant has gained advantage in participating in the promotion or has won using fraudulent means. This could result in prizes being revoked and may mean your reward account is suspended or closed.  
  
  19. Our decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

Owing to exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to you in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  
  21. Governing law & jurisdiction. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and we and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  1. Acceptance. By entering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.

  4. Entry requirements. To enter through the Greene King Mobile App, you must 1. Be a Greene King App Rewards member; 2. Scan your Rewards Membership ID when making a purchase at the Till/Bar or through the Greene King Mobile App at any Greene King Pub (£1 minimum spend) to receive a game entry (excludes Crafted, Metro, Hive, Nest and Everly); 3. Play the game. Deleting your account and re-registering will be considered a breach of these T&Cs, could result in rewards being revoked and could mean your reward account is suspended.

  5. Team Member Discount. If you use a Team member discount on your purchase, either through the Order & Pay journey or at the bar, you will not qualify to receive a Pub Match gameplay from that transaction.

  6. Leaderboard username. Adopting an inappropriate username (one that is offensive or vulgar) for the Pub Match game, will be reviewed and amended accordingly.

  7. Gameplay Redemption. Your Pub Match gameplay entry will be redeemed after 30 seconds of actual gameplay. This means if you exit the Pub Match game after 30 seconds without completing it, you will lose your gameplay and will not be able to play again unless you have another gameplay entry available.

  8. Winner selection. One (1) winner and nine (9) runners-up will be selected each month based on the Pub Match Leaderboard from that month. The highest scoring player will be chosen as the winner and the proceeding nine (9) players will be the runners-up from all entries received. The Pub Match Leaderboard resets each month and the score from the previous month will not be transferred.

  9. Prize. The winner will receive a £50 GK Voucher into their Greene King Mobile App Rewards Wallet and the nine (9) runners-up will also each receive one £10 GK Voucher. The vouchers may be made up of smaller denominations. A maximum of 2 vouchers can be used in a single transaction.

  10. The terms and conditions of any third-party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third-party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.
