• Christmas Day Booking Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

  For those customers choosing to book from our Christmas Day Menu, we look forward to welcoming you.

  Booking Date	Christmas Day – 25th December 2026
  Deposit Amount	Adult: £10 per person Child: £5 per person
  Booking Confirmations	Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email, and only provided once payment of the required deposit has been made.
  Menu Pre-Orders	Menu pre-orders open from 1st October 2026. You will be sent an email with a link to enter your menu pre-orders online.
  Deposit and Menu Pre-Order Deadlines	For reservations made on or before 11th December 2026 menu choices must be provided by 11th December 2026. For reservations made after 11th December 2026, menu choices must be provided by 18th December 2026 No further bookings will be accepted online after 18th December 2026. Guests wanting to book after 18th December 2026 should phone the pub to confirm any last-minute availability. Full payment and menu choices will be required at the time of making the reservation. If you do not submit your menu choices by the above deadlines then we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
  Full Payment Deadline	Payment in full will be required no later than 1st December 2026, and at the time of booking for any reservations made after this date.
  Cancellation by You	Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel on or after 11th December 2026. All additional payments made would be refunded in full. A full refund of all payments will be made if you cancel before 11th December 2026.
  Refund of deposit	If you are due a refund under these terms and conditions. Please contact the pub you placed your booking with to arrange your refund.
  Cancellation by Greene King	If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible. If we cannot guarantee a new date, or you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit.
  Amendments to bookings	Increase in numbers: If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, payment of the additional deposits will be required at the time of the amendment. Payment in full and menu choices for the additional customer(s) must be provided in line with the above deadlines. Decrease in numbers: If you decrease numbers at any time, any payments made will be retained and applied against the final total bill on the day. Any credit balance will be refunded to you on the day.

   

• Breakfast with Santa Booking Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

  For those customers choosing to book from our Breakfast with Santa Menu, we look forward to welcoming you. Our Breakfast with Santa Menu is available on the dates listed in the table below.

  Booking Date	6th, 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 23rd, 24th December 2026
  Deposit Amount	Adult: £5 per person Child: £5 per person
  Booking Confirmations	Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email and only provided once we have received the required deposit.
  Deposit and Menu Pre-Order Deadlines	Deposits must be provided no later than 48 hours prior to your booking time. Deposits will be required at the time of making a reservation if less than 48 hours from the booking time.
  Cancellation by You	Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours before your booking time A full refund of your deposit will be made if you cancel more than 48 hours before your booking time. If you have booked within 48 hours of your booking time your deposit is non-refundable.
  Refund of deposit	If you are due a refund under these terms and conditions, please contact the pub you placed your booking with to arrange your refund.
