Linwood Farm Pub, Paisley

What cloth are we cut from? When you’re from our neck of the woods, it’s a fitting question. And to answer it, Linwood Farm in Paisley is woven into the fabric of family life in our area. We serve up classic pub food in generous portions, and the kind of atmosphere that local hero Archie Gemmill would be proud to drum up. 

 

Perfectly positioned in Paisley

Legendary Scottish footballer Gemmill was born here, as well as Gerard Butler, David Tennant and Stealers Wheel duo Joe Egan and Gerry Rafferty, of Stuck in the Middle With You fame. So too Paolo Nutini. We’re quite the arty bunch you know, and we like to think we channel that creative spirit here at our pub restaurant. So stick on a pair of new shoes and come to us with high hopes that you’re in for a great time. 

These streets of ours are less than 10 miles from the centre of Glasgow, so we’re perfectly placed for a relaxing meal after a trip into Scotland’s biggest city. We’re a lot closer to Phoenix Retail Park, which is right next door and home to a cinema and a number of shops. We’re also next door to Elderslie and only about a mile from the William Wallace Birthplace Monument. 

 

The simple things done properly

Our food menu is packed with wholesome pub classics freshly prepared in our kitchen, including our selection of burgers, pies and fish and chips. We also have a range of healthier options such as our choice of salads, along with plenty of vegetarian, vegan and non gluten containing dishes. 

If you love roast dinners then our Carvery is 10/10 and not to be missed. You’ll watch our chefs carve your 14-hour slow-roasted meats in front of your eyes, before helping yourself to all the trimmings. Our carvery comes in a range of sizes, with the smallest featuring alongside a host of other options on our kids’ menu. 

Coming in the morning? Maybe you want your eggs sunny side up for breakfast. Got a taste for candy? Dive into our desserts, where you’ll find an array of handmade puddings and the biggest slices of cake you’ll ever see.

 

Designed around you

If you can’t quite fit in a piece of cake then why not grab one as a cakeaway? All of your favourites on our menu are available to take away, including our carvery. We’d prefer if you can stay of course, so we can look after you properly. You can then take advantage of all the great things we have at our pub restaurant. 

As well as free WiFi, disabled access and an app you can use to order and pay, we also have an indoor play area for your wee bairns to have some fun in. This is next to our family dining area, while there’s also plenty of seating next to our outdoor playground, complete with climbing frame and slide.
