Kings Mill Farm Pub, Sutton-in-Ashfield

Pull up a chair only a stone’s throw from King’s Mill Reservoir when you come to visit us for a drink and a bite to eat. We cater for the whole family, and pay particular attention to those with large appetites to fill.

A great spot in Sutton

Whether you’ve lived in Sutton for many years or you’re heading here for the first time, we’re conveniently positioned on the outskirts of Mansfield. The M1 motorway’s just a few miles in the opposite direction, while we’re little more than half an hour from both Nottingham and Sheffield. 

We love our Nottinghamshire roots, and the fact that you can go for a stroll around our neighbouring reservoir to work up your thirst and appetite. Perhaps you’re coming to us after exploring Brierley Forest Park, taking the kids to Sutton Lawn or doing a spot of shopping in Mansfield. Whatever it is, you’ll find everything you need with us. 

 

Fully prepared for the whole family

We’ve got a large car park with lots of space for you and the rest of your group. If the sun’s out, grab one of the tables in our beer garden. Or head inside where you’ll find plenty more tables, including in our family dining area. This is right next to our indoor kids’ play area, so you can keep an eye on your little ones while they enjoy themselves in a fun and safe environment. 

We also have an outdoor play area featuring a climbing frame and slide, perfect for youngsters to burn off some energy. As well as disabled access and high chairs, there’s free WiFi available if you need it. Plus you can find a number of plug sockets throughout our pub restaurant, which you’re welcome to use if you need to charge up your devices.

 

Our food menu is nutritious, delicious – and big!

Don’t bother with the kind of junk food you might find nearby – our food menu is packed with wholesome, freshly cooked meals made to order. There are burgers if that’s the itch you’d like to scratch, while you’ll also find healthy salads and a host of vegetarian and vegan options. We also have great deals and offers!

If you’re eating with us before midday then you can order from our breakfast menu, while we also have a comprehensive kids’ menu and lots of tempting desserts to choose between. Our slices of cake and sponge are massive, and expertly baked by our in-house cake-a-tiers. 

Can’t beat a roast dinner? You won’t want to miss our Carvery, which comes in different sizes to cater for even the hungriest of tummies. You can order this as a takeaway if you can’t stay and dine with us.
