Her Majesty The Queen will become the first Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee after 70 years service and here at The Langbrook Farm we couldn't be more excited to enjoy and celebrate the long bank holiday weekend from the 2nd - 5th June.
Whether you're celebrating with the classic British staples of carvery and cake, treating the kids with our yummy kids dishes, or you're raising a glass to Her Majesty The Queen at home, with a takeaway carvery, we've got you covered this extra long bank holiday weekend!
Are you asking yourself how excited the Farmhouse Inns family are about the Queen's Jubilee weekend? Well ask no further! We are in full Jubilee flow. The Bramley Farm team in Altrincham have got true Royal fever and have unveiled a royal throne fit for British Queen made from classic carvery ingredients. Yes, you read that correctly, a throne made out of your favourite carvery items!
The throne, consisting of Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and vegetables, was commissioned by Bramley Farm General Managers Juilanne Martin and Donna Piling, as they were keen to share their passion for the upcoming Platinum Jubilee celebrations with their customers in true Farmhouse Inns style. What’s more, ahead of the Jubilee in June, Farmhouse Inns Bramley Farm is temporarily rebranding to Ma’amhouse Inns until the celebrations are over, with a brand-new royal banner added to the exterior of the pub.
The carvery throne was created by renowned food artist Nathan Wyburn, who uses a range of non-traditional items such as household goods and foodstuffs to create stunning works of art, such as a portrait of HRH Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall back in 2018.
Now, the unique carvery throne forms the first of many Jubilee themed celebrations for Farmhouse Inns and goes some way into showing you how much of a royally good time you'll have when you choose to celebrate the Queens Jubilee with us!
