We’d like to extend a warm welcome to you as you visit our lovely little corner of Derbyshire. Cherry Tree Farm in Willington showcases the best of our village on the outskirts of Derby, offering you homely vibes, hearty food and refreshing drinks within the walls of our cosy pub restaurant.

Willington lies on the northern bank of the River Trent, while you’ll find us along the bypass road that runs south of Derby between the M1 and the M6. Super convenient if you’re passing through the area, we’re next door to a service station so we’re ideally placed if you’re stopping to fuel up or charge your electric car. 

Local to the area? Perhaps you’re planning to join us after a walk in the surrounding countryside. Maybe you’re going for a stroll around Mercia Marina before coming for a bite to eat, staying by the harbour or even mooring your boat for the weekend. Whatever it is, our food menu has something for everyone.

 

Fresh food in the blink of an eye

Why would you bother with the fast food rubbish you can find nearby when you can have a freshly prepared meal for the same price with us? And when it comes to our epic carvery, even quicker to boot. You can dive straight into all the sides and accompaniments – the only thing you’ll have to wait for is for one of our chefs to carve your slow-roasted meat right in front of your eyes. 

There are plenty of other options to choose between, including an array of pub classics like pies, burgers, sharing plates and fish and chips. We also have a selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes, as well as a large kids’ menu. 

If you’re coming in the morning then you can fuel up for the day with a filling breakfast. Our all you can eat buffet is a must if you’re hungry. Don’t have time to sit and eat? We offer takeaway right through the day on pretty much our whole menu, as well as delivery via Deliveroo and Just Eat. This includes all of our huge desserts, which are freshly made by our expert bakers.

As well as things like free WiFi, plug sockets, high chairs and disabled access, you can also use our online app to order and pay.
