Please read the following information ahead of your visit.
Following the latest government regulations effective from Friday 18 September, things at Farmhouse Inns are a little different at the moment. We’ve made some changes to make sure both you and our teams are kept safe, so here’s what you can expect next time you eat-in with us:
We recommend booking a table with us ahead of your visit, even if you’re just having a drink. This will help our team to safely manage the number of guests in the pub at one time. On arrival, you’ll be shown to your table by our dedicated Pub Safe seater.
Rule of six
In addition to the nationwide 6-person limit on social gatherings, you must only visit with people you live with or those in your support bubble.
Track and Trace
We are required to collect your necessary contact details and support NHS Test and Trace to tackle the spread of coronavirus.
Order at your table
Food and drink is now table service only. To help beat those carvery cravings in the safest way possible, simply download the Greene King App, browse our menu and order & pay from your table. Our menus are also disposable, so if you’d rather place your order with a team member, just pop to the bar.
We’ll come to you
We’ll bring all your food (including carvery) and drinks to you, along with sauces, cutlery, napkins and anything else you need. If you’re having carvery we’ll check any dietary requirements with you at your table or when you order at the bar, then we’ll build your plate full of all your favourites and deliver your carvery fix straight to your table.
Any of our indoor and outdoor children’s play areas will remain closed until further notice. To help keep your little ones entertained at the table, just ask a team member for one of our activity sheets and crayons.
We look forward to you joining us. Should you have any questions about how we intend to keep you and our teams safe during your visit, you will find more details on the Pub Safe section here.
